THE PALETTE NARRATIVE
Project: Annual Pride Party in New Hope, PA
The Strategy: I acted as Production Co-Lead for this high-capacity annual Pride party, co-managing the tactical logistics of decor and diverse vendors - including catering, mixology, and live entertainment. The strategy utilized "Spatial Zoning" via a curated Queer-classic color palette, transforming a domestic floor plan into a high-performance event venue designed to maintain heavy foot traffic.
The Narrative: For a large-scale celebration, the home must shift from a private sanctuary to a high-volume public venue. My role was to eliminate host-side friction by absorbing the operational weight of the event. I co-managed the arrival and integration of the catering team, DJs, and logistics deliveries, ensuring the "backstage" of the party remained invisible to the guests. By implementing a high-energy visual edit and strategic movement paths, we ensured the property maintained its flow and fun, allowing the hosts to focus entirely on their community rather than the clock.
