• Situation: Contracted for a three-month, multi-phase transformation of a 1,728 sqft home belonging to a retired educational therapist, characterized by 40+ years of hoarding a multitude of possessions, compulsive shopping tendencies, and extreme disarray, with a critical need to establish a professional tutoring space.

• Action:

  • Developed and executed a comprehensive downsizing, organizational, and staging plan to address extreme clutter in multiple clothing closets and dressers.
