THE HOMECOMING EDIT

Project: Turnkey Rejuvenation & Staging
for Working Couple in Doylestown, PA

  • The Strategy: While the clients were in France for a month, I was entrusted with a "turnkey" rejuvenation of their 2,600 sq. ft, multi-generational home. Applying a high-end retail staging lens, I reimagined the floor plan and existing decor to optimize movement and function, ensuring the space was both curated and restorative for their return.

  • The Narrative: This project required a total home reset, shifting the environment from "lived-in" to "curated." I meticulously staged each room - from the basement to the grandchildren’s bedrooms - to highlight the home’s truest purpose: sanctuary. By clearing the "visual noise" in high-traffic zones like the kitchen and baths, I established an elevated "Homecoming" experience. The result was a seamless transition for the clients — returning to a home that felt familiar, yet completely reimagined and refined.
