• Situation: Contracted to transform multiple residential areas (garage, living room, backyard porch/seating, front yard fence) into a cohesive, vibrant, and functional celebration space for a private catered Pride Party event.

• Action:

  • Co - Developed a vibrant, multi-zone design concept, extending the Pride theme across all designated event areas and planning spatial layouts for optimal guest flow, fun and functional service points.

  • Executed comprehensive cleaning and organization of the garage to establish a clean, inviting focal event space, managing the efficient unpacking and strategic placement of all decorations.

  • Set up pop-up tents for caterers and designated tables for the bartender, ensuring seamless service integration.

  • Co-Constructed a large-scale balloon arch, serving as a dynamic and welcoming focal point and photo opportunity, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere.

  • Executed thematic decoration throughout the living room, backyard porch, and seating areas, and staged a visually appealing backyard cocktail bar, optimizing for guest interaction.

  • Coordinated with catering staff to ensure efficient service flow while maintaining the integrity of the staged environments. Assisted catering staff in food prep and service.
